SAUNA

I always find myself excited to indulge in the sauna experience once. Not only can it aid in weight loss, but it's also a way for me to relax, feel good, and rejuvenate my skin. The benefits of sauna are plentiful: it leaves you feeling fresher, reduces the likelihood of colds, cleanses the skin, and decreases the occurrence of infections and rashes, among other things. Moreover, there are numerous health-related advantages to using the sauna, primarily centered around detoxifying the body.
The sauna's temperature is intentionally warm, and you can even adjust it to a higher setting if desired. This warmth prompts the skin to sweat, effectively eliminating not only toxins but also excess water that was bound with those toxins. As a result, you'll feel a sense of lightness after a sauna session, having expelled both toxins and retained water from your body.
And lately,I got the chance to treat myself with the sweetest aroma of SAUNA, with the 43 degrees jacuzzi at Shangrila Mactan, together with Iona:> too bad, I wasn't informed so I used my phone, my bad for the low quality. And recycle my previous sauna pictures :> hehehe
